  • Mrs. Pleasant is a nickname from my parents when I was a baby.

  • After our phone/in person consultation, I’ll put together a menu of different options to choose from. Once the menu is decided and a deposit is sent, I’ll come on your cook/event date with ingredients in hand + make everything in your kitchen. For catering everything (other than soup) is served family style.

  • Although I love to cook vegan meals and am always trying new vegan products and recipes, that’s not my only focus. I’m a plant forward chef, meaning my focus is on vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian meals. I don’t cook meat or poultry.
