I Am Grateful

As 2019 starts to show it's face, take a moment to be grateful. I guarantee you can think of at least 4 things you're grateful for. Write them down. 

I'm sure you're probably thinking.. wait what does being grateful have to do with food and being healthy? Aren't you a personal chef?!? 

To answer your question.. I believe vibrant living and growing (yes, growing) into your most vibrant self is a *practice* that starts inside. It starts with being present... in this moment.. right now. How are you feeling? What's triggering those same food/meal habits you've always done? What small change can you do today, to start to flip the script?
