This Yoga Retreat for Couples will rejuvenate your mind, body, soul and relationship.  We've designed this retreat for couples who enjoy the yoga lifestyle, and want to get ideas for deepening your relationship and widening your hearts to one another. 

(You can bring a close friend if you don't have a partner)

Retreat Includes:

  • 4 nights at the beautiful Grateful Souls Hostel
  • Healthy meals (please notify us with any allergies/ dietary preferences)
  • Yoga, Thai Yoga bodywork and meditation classes lead by Lana Heintjes
  • Rock climbing lead by Wade Spiner
  • Guided meditation recordings that you can take home with you
  • Unlimited beach time

3pm Check in begins
6pm Welcome dinner

Saturday, Feb 13th
9am Breakfast,
10am Meditation workshop- learn the basics of meditation and how it can benefit your relationship and your life
11pm Gentle Yoga for Stress relief
12pm Lunch and Beach relaxation
2pm Partner connection exercises followed by luxurious partner Thai Yoga bodywork relaxation
6pm Dinner

Sunday, February 14th - Valentines Day
9am Breakfast and Meditation
Choice of either:  Beach day, Spa Day ($ not included) or Rock Climbing adventure
You will be provided with a packed lunch
7pm Romantic dinner in or out ($ not included). There are great options within a 20min drive of our location.
9pm Yoga for Sleep/ Rock climbing recovery

Monday, February 15th
9am Breakfast
10am Meditation and Partner Yoga
12pm Lunch and Beach Relaxation
2pm Lure your partner into deep relaxation and bliss with gentle, loving, Thai yoga bodywork
6pm Dinner

Tuesday, February 16th
9am Breakfast with a closing Meditation and gratitude circle
12pm Check out
