Tired of shelling out cash for premade nut milks full of sugar? Want to simplify your morning routine? In this class you'll learn how to make your own nut milks and smoothies. Nut milks are a welcome addition to your morning routine. They're wonderful in everything from coffee to cereal to even baking. Smoothies pack a nutritious punch first thing in the morning or post workout and they travel well. Learn how to create two nut milks with a nut milk bag* and your blender as well as two smoothies. *A nut milk bag will need to be purchased, along with a few ingredients for this class.

Ingredients: 1 pint raw almonds 1 pint pecans Water 4 Bananas 1 cup all natural Peanut butter 1 big handful of Kale or Spinach 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries Cutting board Knife Blender
