Liz (from Prints and Plants) and I are collaborating + offering you cooking lessons and health coaching sessions to create and maintain resolutions that you can keep past January!

You know, the classic resolutions:

  • Eat healthier

  • Exercise More

  • Lose Weight


But also resolutions like:

  • Spend more time with family 

  • Take more time off work

  • Stress Less

In Jumpstart Your Health, you'll get:

  • Group online cooking classes with me focused on plant-based eating that are approachable and fun. These classes can be done from anywhere. I'll give you tangible skills to move through your kitchen like a pro, and help you cook more delicious, healthy, and affordable meals at home. 

(P.S. Let me know if you have any food allergies and I can make adjustments.)

  • 1:1 coaching sessions with Liz to get crystal clear on your goals, bust through blocks preventing you from stepping into your healthiest life, and create an action plan for you to make a transformation.

  • A private Facebook group to connect with folks in the Jumpstart Your Health program, exchange recipes, get your questions answered, and share your experience!

Celebrate Earth Day with me at this years EarthFest! I'll be sampling some of my kimchi and other plant based healing bites. La Montañita Co-op’s EarthFest is one of the largest Earth Day events in New Mexico. Every year they bring together local farmers, artists and non-profit organizations to celebrate the Earth, our community, and the interconnectedness between them. Thousands of New Mexicans attend every year. Can't wait to see you in the sun!

Preparing raw food doesn't have to take all day or break the bank. In this class you'll learn three easy customizable entrees that are perfect for lunch, dinner or when traveling: Pecan Pate Collard Green Wraps, Pesto Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Raw Pad Thai.

Ingredients: 4 big or 6 small collard leaves, rinsed. 2 portobello mushrooms 1 shallot 1/4 cup cilantro S & P 1/2 of an avocado 1/2 a yellow or red bell pepper 3/4-1 cup of mung bean sprouts 2 medium zucchinis 1 vegetable peeler 2 cups of fresh basil Olive oil 2 gloves of garlic S & P 1 pint of cherry tomatoes 1 package of kelp noodles soaked in water for 10 minutes 1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded 1 zucchini, julienned 4 scallions, sliced 1 cup bean sprouts 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional) cashews or peanuts, garnish lime & orange wedges, garnish Sauce 1/4 cup raw almond or peanut butter 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons tamari,Bragg Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1/2 lime, squeezed

Nut milks are a welcome addition to your morning routine. They're wonderful in everything from coffee to cereal to even baking. Smoothies pack a nutritious punch first thing in the morning or post workout and they travel well. Learn how to create two nut milks with a nut milk bag* and your blender as well as two smoothies. *A nut milk bag will need to be purchased, along with a few ingredients for this class.
