One of my favorite snacks is a bit of Kimchee. This slightly spicy and fermented snack is loaded with vitamins A, B, and C, but its biggest benefit may be in its “healthy bacteria” called lactobacilli. This good bacteria helps with digestion, plus it helps stop and even prevent yeast infections. Some studies even show fermented cabbage has compounds that may prevent the growth of cancer.
Kimchee is wonderful on its own, but I also love it mixed with brown rice and eggs or tofu for a quick and easy lunch.
