Avocados and Mangoes are the two fruits that I could live on! Avocado is great anytime of day. Smoothed on toast for breakfast, added to a salad or sandwich for lunch, blended into a dip for dinner. The possibilities are endless!
Here's one of the fastest meals to create. It's only 2 ingredients and takes less then 5 minutes to create;
4 pieces of whole grain or sprouted bread, toasted
1. Cut Avocado in half.
2. Scoop out spoonfuls of avocado and spread onto all four pieces of toast.
3. If there happens to be any left over, wrap up and save for later!
