Don’t let your past dictate your future. Just because you haven’t worked out in however many days or weeks, doesn’t mean all your hard work is lost. Start small and shoot for exercising twice a week for a few weeks and build from there. Working doesn’t just mean at the gym. A good brisk 30 minute walk with your favorite tunes can be just as beneficial and centering as 20 minutes on the elliptical.
